Last but not least, one of the best ways to reduce stress is to accept help. You are only human and you can’t do everything. When you feel overwhelmed and unable, let someone else know. Find reliable friends, family and coworkers who are willing to lend a helping hand. Splitting the work gets the job done faster and gives you a chance to catch your breath. Although it can be hard to ask for help, that’s what support systems are for.
